The Bold Chess Set in Copper and Teal combines timeless Staunton-inspired design with a striking contemporary twist. Each piece is hand-turned and carved, featuring Purling’s signature Knight design that makes the set instantly recognisable and truly unique.

Crafted from premium hardwood, the luxury chess pieces are hand painted and finished in London. Each piece undergoes a meticulous six-stage process: two coats of primer, two layers of high-gloss colour, and two coats of crystal-clear lacquer, producing a deep, glossy and durable finish.

For refinement and stability, every piece is completed with a soft Italian Napa leather base felt, embossed with the Purling logo in 18-carat gold. Each set also includes four Queens for effortless pawn promotion.

The set is paired with a 44cm x 44cm Italian alabaster stone chess board, adding natural elegance and balance to the vibrant Copper and Teal colourway.
