1. How long does personalisation take?
Please allow an extra 48 hours for your delivery if it is being personalised. However, where possible, we will stamp in-store while you wait.
2. How long does delivery take?
Standard UK Delivery - orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked service or FedEx courier at a cost of £5.95. Packages will take approximately 3 days from dispatch to be delivered and will require a signature on receipt. If you know you will not be there to receive it please leave delivery instructions as to where it can be left in your order.
Express UK Delivery - is £8.95, orders shipped to the UK can select the Express Delivery option in the cart page. A signature will be required and items will be with customers within 24 hours from dispatch. As long as the items are in stock and your order is received by 12.00 noon, Monday to Thursday, items will be delivered the next day. We can not accept responsibility for parcels that we are unable to deliver, or parcels that have been left without a signature at your request. Please allow a further 24 hours for order that are personalised.
3. What is the difference between the 2 fonts available?
We are pleased to be able to offer a choice of Times New Roman or Gotham font, please see the examples below.
4. Where is your shop?
Our shop is located in a mews house in the heart of Kensington, you can find it here on Google Maps.
5. Where are your products made?
At Noble Macmillan we take pride in the fact that all of our products are handmade by skilled craftsmen. All of our albums and books are made in our workshop right here in the UK whilst our accessories are made in our workshops in the south of Spain.
6. How do I return an item?
We take pride in the quality of our products, and our policy is to ensure that all products supplied are delivered in perfect condition. If for any reason the product is not perfect, please return it with proof of purchase within 30 days and we will arrange for an immediate exchange or refund. All items must be returned using a tracked or recorded delivery service. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery. Express delivery of replacements may be requested at the time of return and the difference will be charged to your card. Once an item has been personalised we regret that we are unable to offer an exchange or refund.

10. When are your last order dates for Christmas?
Last orders with personalisation must be made by Monday 19th December at midday, and must be ordered using the express service (£8.95). Non personalised items must be ordered by Wednesday 21st December at midday using the express service.
